Clearance items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Orders for items that are not on the www.carletonvarney.com website may not be returned. Notification will be provided at the time of ordering if an item is not eligible for return. There will be no returns on Wallpapers and Cut Fabric Yardage.
Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Damaged Merchandise:
Small Package Deliveries For small package deliveries e.g. UPS and FedEx that arrive damaged, contact Customer Service at customerservice@carletonvarney.com or 1-561-585-1855 within 72 hours of receipt. Customer participation is needed. Be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product if requested. Additional instructions will then be provided. Damaged items instructed to be returned must arrive back to www.carletonvarney.com in the condition they were received. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled. No cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton. Items must include the original packaging and accessories.
Large Package Deliveries Large package deliveries require a signature for the merchandise. Customers must inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If a carton has visible damage or there is any reason for concern with the packaging or product condition, "product damaged" must be written on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers that sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused.
